Clayton Sievers
With over a decade of experience, Clayton started his career as an appraiser at the Dallas Central Appraisal District (DCAD) before advancing to Senior Appraiser. He transitioned to the private sector, using his expertise to advocate for taxpayers. He launched his consulting career and rapidly rose to Senior Vice President and top producing consultant in his last two years at Cantrell McCulloch Inc., he managed a high-profile portfolio valued at over $8.5 billion, securing more than $40 million in annual tax savings and overseeing 200+ lawsuits each year. Clayton holds a Bachelor of Science in International Economics from Texas Tech University.
Ryan Heddleston
As Founding Principal of VaultCap Partners, Ryan brings a decade of hands-on multifamily ownership experience to Valorem. He has successfully acquired and managed 34 multifamily properties with a total capitalization exceeding $540 million, providing invaluable operational insights to our tax consulting approach. Ryan holds a Bachelor of Science in Marketing from Texas Tech University.
Mark Christ
As Founding Principal at VaultCap Partners, Mark leads underwriting, capital markets strategies, and portfolio management. His background as Chief Financial Analyst at MBP Capital brings extensive experience in acquisitions, REIT administration, and complex transaction structuring to Valorem's tax optimization strategies. Mark holds a Bachelor of Science in Finance from the University of Colorado.
Vanessa Sanchez
Prior to joining Valorem Tax Advisors as a Data Analyst, Vanessa began her career as an appraiser for the Tarrant Appraisal District (TAD) and then Denton Central Appraisal District (DCAD). Vanessa has over five (5) years of experience in commercial appraisal valuation, working with all types of properties such as, multi-family, offices, industrial warehouses, hotels, retail centers and senior living. With additional experience in the Appraisal Review Board hearing process. Vanessa holds a degree in General Business from Texas Wesleyan University.
